Try any Stronghold Outfitters product for 30 days from delivery. Not satisfied? Send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fee. No interrogation.
How to start a return
- Email support@strongholdoutfitters.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Once the carrier scans your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.
Conditions
- The 30-day window starts the day your order is delivered.
- Return items with their included accessories. Normal signs of trying the gear are fine, that is what the guarantee is for.
- Opened consumables (masks, hand warmers, purification tablets) are refunded without return for hygiene reasons. Just tell us in your email.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace or refund in full, your choice, and you keep or discard the item. No return shipping needed.
