Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of when you place them, and shipping is free over $75. We would rather tell you the real number than promise two days and let you down.
Where do orders ship from?
Our gear is made and shipped through our supply partners overseas. Every item is the exact model we spec — no substitutions.

How do I start a return?

What do the water filters actually remove?
Our hollow-fiber filters remove bacteria and protozoa from fresh water. They do not remove viruses or dissolved chemicals — no portable filter of this class does, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling a story. Carbon elements additionally improve taste and odor and reduce chlorine. Full spec sheets live on each water product page.
Are the kits complete, or do I need to add things?
Each kit page lists every item inside with quantities. The 72-Hour Blackout Kit covers the essentials — water, light, warmth, information. Add food, medications, and documents per the free checklist in the Field Manual.
